Location. Location. Location. It’s important in real estate and it’s especially important when you’re throwing a party. Nothing says “let’s celebrate” like an event on iconic Bourbon Street with Rue Bourbon.
Rue Bourbon offers several elegant rooms on this famed street, most with sizable balconies offering spectacular views of the fun below. The hardest part will be choosing between them.
240 Bourbon Street
The Prohibition Room at 240 Bourbon Street, right above the famous Old Absinthe House, offers a wrap-around balcony overlooking Bourbon and Bienville streets. Your guests will love the opulent French décor and crystal chandeliers.
The Parlour, on the mid-level of the Old Absinthe House, combines modern and traditional décor. Come admire the old French doors that open into a connected cocktail area with an oak bar, exposed brick, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The charming Bienville Street Courtyard and the Bourbon Street Courtyard are also available for intimate parties or as spillover locations when rented with another room.
This fall, the Belle Époque Cocktail Lounge will open at 238 Bourbon Street, an extension of the Old Absinthe House. Watch for more info!
201 Bourbon Street
In August 2019, The Iberville Room will be ready for your guests. It’s currently being remodeled with elegant mirrors, sparkling chandeliers, and hardwood floors that will glow in the natural light that comes through the floor-to-ceiling windows. This spacious room features a balcony with an aerial view of the fun below.
400 Bourbon Street
Come September 2019, The Conti Room will be available for gatherings of all kinds. It features two lovely connected rooms with comfortable lounge furniture and access to a wrap-around balcony, overlooking one of the most happening blocks on Bourbon Street.
